What destinations do you offer tours to?
We offer Tours anywhere in Belize and also tours in Guatemala the peten area such as Tikal, Yaxha, Nakum and other sites nearby.
What is included in your tour packages?
It all depends on the package you choose since we do customise packages upon request .
Do your Tours Include Lunch?
We have half Day tours which do not include lunch, however we do provide refreshments Lunch can be added upon request for a Extra Fee. we also have combo tours and triple tours which do include Lunch and refreshment.
What is the group size for your tours?
The Tours as per Belize Tourism Board regulations each guide is limited to a number of persons per Guide, we normally add more guides to accommodate the group numbers.
What is the group size for your tours?
These are the numbers per guide Land Tours - 1:15 guests Marine Tours - 1:8 guests Caves - 1:8 guests.
What should I bring to the expedition?
Always bring sunscreen, bug repellant, a hat, two pairs of comfortable shoes, an extra pair of clothes, sunglasses, favorite snacks and extra drinks. We do provide food and drinks but you may prefer to bring your favourite stuff.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellation Policy:Cancellations made more than 7 days before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.Cancellations made within 5 days of the arrival date are not eligible for a refund. This is because all arrangements and reservations have already been made and paid for by us and therefore cannot be refunded.
